Still (“we”, “us”) is a pre-launch project. This page describes how we intend to handle information submitted through the waitlist and contact forms on this website. It is a starting point for the site owner and is not legal advice. Before going live, replace the project name and contact details with your actual business information and confirm that this notice meets the laws that apply to you.
Information you choose to provide
If you join the launch list, the form asks for your email address and your consent to receive launch updates. If you contact us, the form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. Do not include sensitive personal information in either form.
How we use it
We use waitlist information to send occasional announcements about Still and to administer your subscription. We use contact-form information to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Where it goes
When the PHP form handler is configured and enabled, submitted messages are sent by email to the site owner's configured inbox using the hosting provider's mail service. This starter site does not create a subscriber database. Email may be retained in the receiving mailbox and in email backups; the site owner should delete it when no longer needed. The web host may separately process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs under its own terms.
Service providers and transfers
Your hosting and email providers may process information to operate their services. Their storage locations and privacy terms depend on the providers selected by the site owner. Identify those providers in this notice before publication where required.
Retention, access and deletion
We intend to keep form messages only as long as needed to respond and maintain the early-access list. You may request access, correction or deletion, or ask to stop receiving launch updates, through the contact page. A request to unsubscribe does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Cookies and analytics
This starter website does not include third-party analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential cookies. The web host may use essential technical mechanisms to deliver and secure the site. If you add analytics or other third-party tools, update this notice and any consent controls before publishing.
Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. Do not submit a child's personal information through the forms.

We may update this notice as the website and product evolve. The revision date above will change when updates are made.
