FOOTYVAULT TERMS OF SERVICE Last Updated: October 2024

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing FootyVault and subscribing to our Growth Plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all content provided by the Vault, including match footage, project files, and viral edits.

  2. SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Flexible Management: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly or 6-Month cycles). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

    • Billing Cycles: To avoid being charged for the next period, cancellations must be processed before the start of the next billing cycle.

    • No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our assets and the immediate access provided upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

  3. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS

    • The “Copyright Free” Guarantee: This guarantee applies exclusively to the edited video content provided within the “Creator” and “Elite” tiers. These edits are engineered to bypass standard automated copyright detection systems for monetization purposes.

    • Raw Footage: Raw match footage provided in the “Starter” tier is intended for transformative use. FootyVault does not own the original broadcasting rights to raw matches; users utilize these assets at their own discretion for fair-use editorial purposes.

    • License: Upon active subscription, FootyVault grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our edited assets for your personal or commercial social media channels.

  4. PROHIBITED USES

    • Account Sharing: Your subscription is for a single user. Sharing login credentials or “leaking” direct download links to non-members will result in an immediate permanent ban without a refund.

    • Reselling: You are strictly prohibited from reselling our raw footage or project files (AEPs) as standalone products or as part of a competing stock footage service.

  5. CONTENT DELIVERY & ACCESS

    • Manual Verification: Since payments are handled via USDT/TRC20, access is granted following manual verification of the transaction hash. This typically takes 1-5 minutes but may take up to 24 hours during peak periods.

    • Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or cloud hosting provider outages.

  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FootyVault is a resource provider for creators. We are not responsible for any platform-specific actions taken against your social media accounts (shadowbans, strikes, or suspensions) resulting from your specific upload patterns or violations of third-party platform policies (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).

  7. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE FootyVault reserves the right to update pricing, modify plan features, or adjust the “Vault” inventory at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of any significant price changes before their next billing cycle.

  8. TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who engages in fraudulent activity, harassment of support staff, or attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary editing techniques for malicious purposes.
